Shipping

  • All items stock in and dispatch from Sydney warehouse. 
  • We will dispatch in-stock orders within 48 business hours after the payment being received. 
  • We offer free shipping with the customer’s address located in Sydney Metro Area. 
  • For other areas in Australia, a third-party courier will deliver your items. 
  • A flat shipping rate will be charged for certain product for most of the areas excluding rural, far country area and islands, our team will contact you with discussion some extra shipping costs if your nominated address is in those areas. 
  • The below estimated transit time guideline works for most of areas excluding rural area.

         NSW & ACT: 1 – 2 business days
         VIC: 1- 3 business days
         QLD: 1 – 4 business days
         SA: 2 – 4 business days
         TAS: 4 – 6 business days
         WA: 5 – 7 business days
         NT: 5 – 9 business days

  • Some of the products will arrive with more than one box or if you purchase more than one item, please allow them to arrive in different days. 
  • Please allow some unexpected delay because of possible uncertainty such as weather, flood, road maintenance etc.
Once our courier receives the items, your will get notified by email/SMS for the tracking information.

We dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours after receiving payment. For Sydney Metro locations, our friendly staff will deliver your items to your door. For other areas in Australia, it might take 1-6 business days depends on different locations. Rural areas’ orders will take longer to arrive.

Return

  • We offer free return if you do not like our products or just change your mind within 30 days after items being delivered to your nominated address. 
  • If you wish to return your products, please try to pack them nicely as you received and notify us with your order number and name. 
  • We will have our friendly staff come to your place to pick them up for free if your address is in Sydney Metro Area. 
  • For other locations you will have to pay the returning shipping cost. 
  • The refunds will only apply to the cost of the products, not including original shipping cost and assembly cost (if applicable). 
  • Free return will only apply to the products that you purchased from us directly, that means any of our products you purchased from other sources will not be valid.

Yes, you can return it within 30 days after receiving the item. Please make sure not to damage or scratch any parts and pack them nicely and tightly as resell condition. Please be aware that If there is damage caused by customer was noticed, you may not be able get your full refund.

Yes, the customer needs to returning shipping. Also, the original shipping cost will not be refund.

 Please send us your return request with your name and order number, we will arrange our courier come to your place to pick the items.

Warranty

All MeErgo products come with certain periods of warranty term depends on different products. In order to claim the warranty, you must follow the procedures listed below. If you notice any defects either on arrival or during the product life, you must immediately stop assembling and cease the use of the defective goods. You must provide proof of purchase and full details of the defect including pictures or videos showing the defects.
Please contact our service team immediately.

  • The product does not match the product description/specifications.
  • The product cannot be assembled with following the instruction.
  • Imperfections of material or workmanship which inhibits the use of the products.
  • The products stop working during the life because of any parts broken or damaged which was not caused by improper use.
  • Defects caused by failure to follow the assembly instruction provided.
  • Products were being used outdoors or under exposure to the sunlight directly.
  • Defects caused by any intentional damage or negligent uses. e.g., close to sharp objects, pet claws, heating sources, etc.
  • Products were damaged by accident such as fire, water or power damage.
  • Products being used with exceeding maximum weight capacity.
  • Normal wear and tear.

We do offer parts to purchase at reasonable price if your product is out of warranty period or the defects is not covered by warranty, please contact our service team.
